6:30 am at Lincoln Park. We are women+, ages 18 and up. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leash with their Prancer.
We typically rock 90's neon athleisure.
Prancing happens rain or shine, year round.

Born in 2024, Fridays We Prance was created
by Sarah Hanks and a group of girlfriends who humored her with one Prance and the rest is history. Every Friday, rain or shine, the Prancers spread joy and foster community as they dance around Lincoln Park, in Washington, D.C.
